Dearest brides, customers, and guests.
We are privileged to welcome you back into our boutique! In light of the new landscape, and to keep everyone safe and healthy, we have installed some new store policies:
We are now adhering to a "10 people or less" policy in our shop. To make that happen, we will limit bridal and other shopping appointments to the customer plus one guest. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this will ensure we don't create crowding in the shop. Alterations appointments will be limited to the person being fitted only.
*Brides wishing to include more people in their shopping experience should check out our Pampered Bride Experience. It allows for the bride and 5 of her guests to enjoy a completely private appointment. A fee applies. Please ask for details!*
Be prepared to see your stylist in a mask. She'll be wearing it throughout your appointment. We ask that every guest in our shop wear a mask, too. Guests who prefer not to wear a mask will not be permitted to stay in the boutique. All guests and employees entering the shop may have their temperature taken with an infra-red contactless thermometer. Anyone with a fever or exhibiting other cold/flu-like symptoms may be denied entry.
To the best of our ability, we are practicing social distancing within our shop. That means dress try-ons may look a bit different than you're used to. Your stylist will give you a quick tutorial on how to get into the dresses on your own. Don't worry, though - she'll still be there to help with the things you can't handle alone (zippers, buttons, clipping, etc.). This minimizes the amount of unnecessary contact between you and your stylist.
Every dress that gets tried on is being sanitized before being worn again. Our process includes the use of a fabric-safe disinfectant spray, a UV sanitizing wand, and steam.
You will really be helping us out if you could do two things:
(1) Please fill out the SBB interview that we email you after you make an appointment. Once you do that, a stylist will be in touch for a virtual chat to get to know you and your wedding vision better. This part of your SBB experience helps us serve you in the best way possible. We'll discuss gown choices, customization, and availability. When you arrive for your appointment, your favorite dresses will be waiting for you! No more valuable appointment time wasted on small-talk and wading through dresses! Yay!
(2) Please be on time! Your 1 1/2 hour appointment time includes dress selection, try-on, Q&A with your stylist, measuring, ordering, and celebrating when you say yes to your dress! Your stylist will then need to sanitize the area and the dresses to be ready for her next appointment. Your timely arrival will make sure that we don't cut short a minute of the fun!
We're so excited to get back to doing what we love - helping brides find the dress of their dreams! With your help, we'll be able to do that safely and joyfully. Thanks so much for your cooperation and understanding!
