Now that you have found your gown, we need to make sure it fits like a glove and you are able to dance the night away!! Alterations are done at Suzanne's Bridal Boutique in store once you find your dream gown with us! There will be NO worries when having your alterations done at Suzanne's Bridal Boutique since everything is done in store with Suzanne herself doing her magic on your gown to have your dress transform to EVERYTHING you ever dreamed. You've Got Questions, We've Got the Answers!What do I bring to my appointment? - The shoes you plan on wearing with your dress - Undergarments (bra, spanx, slip, etc.) - A smile; you'll be wearing your dream dress How much are alterations? Alterations are not included in the price of your gown. Payment of alterations will be due at the first fitting appointment. The cost will vary according to what is being done to the gown. As per contract, the cost of alterations is estimated to be between $300-$700, with an average price ranging from $250-$450. Pricing for redesigning the gown could exceed over the average cost due to the labor that goes into the making of a new gown! If you are wanting to add sleeves the material will need to be ordered before hand to have during alterations. When can I schedule my alterations appointment? Alteration appointments can be scheduled between 3pm to 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Please keep in mind alteration appointments NEED to have appointment, NO walk-in's are accepted for alterations! When do I need to begin alterations? #SBBbrides should schedule their first fitting about 12 weeks prior to the wedding date. Second and third fittings are done closer to the wedding date to ensure the gown fits PERFECTLY in the event a bride loses or gains weight. In the case that you have purchased a gown with less than 12 weeks prior to the wedding we will schedule appointments to accommodate. ** We only provide our alterations services to our SBB brides, bridesmaids, mothers, and flower girls. Except for our treasured one of a kind gowns, those will need to be done elsewhere. However, we will provide you with an amazing alterations specialist that use to work along side Suzanne herself. We are extremely busy with Suzanne completing 50 dresses a month! So please know that we never will miss your wedding, but we may ask for you to move your appointment if we need to.
