Hailing from Hawaii, Suzanne Novak, our owner, knows the true spirit of Aloha and it shows in how she operates her boutique and the love she bestows on each one of her brides. With over 40 years of bridal experience specializing in alterations and build-ups, Suzanne is what sets our bridal shop apart from all others. Suzanne grew up sewing beside her mother, from making men’s suits, creating costumes to customizing your wedding gown there is no one better to help make your dreams a reality than Suzanne. Suzanne’s amazing talent along with the love for each bride can only be experienced here at Suzanne’s Bridal. Mahalo, my friends, we hope to see you soon.

Welcome to Suzanne's Bridal Boutique, home of the fabulous Team SBB.  From beginning to end, we will treat you as "o'hana"(family)!

Suzanne is from the island of Kaua'i and in Hawai'i, hospitality reigns supreme.  We are not fancy.  Suzanne believes that everyone should be treated like family and that everyone should make themselves right at home. With roots steeped in tradition of family and hospitality, SBB believes in casualness and fun!  

The gown is the most personal and important decision to be made by any bride.  Wedding dress shopping is difficult enough so come prepared to put your feet up, set a spell, and let an SBB stylist find your DREAM dress in a stress free environment.  Our team of experts are kind, friendly and knowledgeable and trained to listen.
Our relationships with our designers run very deep and we are proud that many of the elite collections are exclusive to us.  We offer every silhouette in unique fabrics and romantic laces and amazing dresses to fit every bride's figure type and budget, guaranteed to fulfill that lifelong fantasy!  
Alterations are done with loving precision and care by Suzanne herself, bringing her 40 years of experience to the table. With an extensive background in custom design, tailoring and construction, your wedding gown is in capable hands.  She has been fancifully nicknamed "the goddess of sleeves" by her vast following of modest brides.
"Full service" and "on site alterations" are not just words to SBB, we live it.  After finding your perfect dress, we will customize it to your needs, alter it to perfection, and share your journey to the altar.

Meet Our Team 

Sydney

Sydney is Suzanne's Bridal Boutique, Assistant Manager. She places orders, tracks orders, and ensures that everything arrives on time for all of our brides, bridesmaids, and accessories. She loves working with brides and brides love her because she is sweet, calm, and knowledgable. Her ability to connect with brides and her entourages is one of her strongest skills. 
The thing she loves most about working at SBB is all the different people she gets to work with! She enjoys meeting brides and their bridal parties.. Her favorite moment in the appointment is the moment a bride puts on a gown, and her face lights up! 

One piece of advice Sydney has for brides is to not go to every single bridal boutique. This not only will confuse you, but it will cause mores tree in the long run. 

Stormy 

Stormy has been in bridal for 3 decades, and worked with Suzanne for 10 years including the time they interacted while Stormy worked at Moonlight Bridal. Stormy is the best of the best when it comes to an eye for design. She can take elements of different dresses and ultimately create YOUR dream dress. Stormy absolutely loves when she sees "The Look" from the brides after putting on the PERFECT GOWN. It's not always tears, it could simple be a look or even a stance that says it all. During your appointment Stormy will learn about you, and truly want to know the details of your wedding and how you and your fiancé met! No matter what you will have a complete wedding look with accessories and all with Stormy. She loves finding the finishing touches of your special look with veils and headpieces. This is her way of putting the icing on the cake.

Stormy's advice for brides is "to be open and informative to your consultant. Show pictures, tell them what you love or hate...it helps to find the PERFECT GOWN. Most importantly shop early, when you find the "ONE" purchase, so you have stress free wedding planning."

Angel 

Angel is literally an angel; she is sweet, kind, and truly cares about her bride. Even though she can be shy and soft spoken, Angel is full of knowledge and inspiration. Angel is an integralizer and takes everything you say to heart. What you are saying you like or don't like about a gown, she is going through a library of dresses in her head to find THE perfect one.

Bryghtyn 

Bryghtyn is a high school teacher that works part-time with us as a Stylist. Brides love her bubbling personality and big smile. Most of the time you can hear her and her appointments laughing and having the best of time. She loves getting to be a part of such a memorable moment in people's lives and meeting so many different people. Her absolute favorite movement during a bridal appointment is when the bride's group starts crying when they see her in her gown. Even if the bride isn't crying, someone in her group is crying because of truly how beautiful she is. 

Bryghtyn's advice for brides is that "it is absolutely okay to find your dress on the first try, whether that be the first dress you put on, or if we are the first store you've visited. Once you find it, you'll know!"

Madison 

Madison is our creative mind, and Alteration's Specialist. Suzanne and Madison take on ALL of the alterations of brides, bridesmaids, flower girls, and mothers dresses that purchase a gown from us. She is hardworking, determined, and so unbelievably talented. When you come to your first fitting you will meet Madison, and know how kind-hearted she really is. You may even be lucky enough to have her as your stylist. 

Sarah 

Sarah is our Marketing Coordinator. She is truly the guru of our social media and events. She does all of our blogging, social media posts, and a lot of our marketing for upcoming events. She is a recent bride herself and loves when brides follow their heart! She will ask questions about your special day such as colors, how you met your fiancé, and all the fine details. She not only wants to find YOUR dress but, wants you to feel comfortable and confident on your wedding day. 

Sarah's advice for brides is "to have an open mind when trying on dresses, sometimes you are shocked with the decision you make when you have an open mind. I never thought I would have an a-line wedding dress, I always imagined a fitted gown. Next, thing you know I fell in love with an a-line blush dress!"
